Our unit of United Women in Faith (formerly United Methodist Women) meets the third Thursday of each month, September through May, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 104 at the church. We offer opportunities to further our personal spiritual growth and to work with others in missions locally and globally.

We support our mission projects through fundraisers such as bazaars and bake sales in addition to donations from members. We give locally to Waypoint, the Willis Dady Shelter, and Green Square Meals among others.

A recent mission project was the donation of 25 May Baskets filled with “goodies” to shut-ins from our congregation. We are also sponsoring a church-wide collection of hats, mittens, socks and underwear for children at Kenwood Leadership Academy (elementary
school).
